Cannabis is a class C drug. Possession remains a criminal offence and can carry a maximum penalty of two years in prison and a fine. The supply of cannabis carries a maximum penalty of 14 years in prison and a fine.
Cannabis can severely affect your physical and mental health. Its use can also severely impact on your social life and your personal relationships.
